Contest Rules

The official Zentryl contest rules cover eligibility, entry requirements, prize distribution, disqualification, and dispute handling for skill-based competitions.

Effective date: March 19, 2026

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Zentryl LLC ("Sponsor").

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of this contest and are not involved in the administration, operation, or prize distribution of any contests conducted through the Zentryl platform.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open only to users who meet the minimum age required by applicable law and platform eligibility rules, maintain a valid Zentryl account, and are physically located in eligible jurisdictions at the time of entry and participation.

Participation in paid contests may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Location verification technologies may be used to enforce eligibility requirements.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Type

All contests hosted on Zentryl are skill-based competitions.

Contest outcomes are determined by participant performance, gameplay results, and verified match outcomes. Random chance or gambling mechanics do not determine contest results.

4. Entry

Eligible users may enter a contest by joining a designated competition or league within the Zentryl application and satisfying any posted entry requirements.

Some contests may require payment of an entry fee. Entry fee amounts, currencies, and payment details are displayed within the application prior to confirmation.

Entry fees contribute to the contest prize pool.

Zentryl may charge a separate Competition Service Fee to operate the platform and support contest infrastructure and league organizers. The service fee is disclosed prior to payment.

Entry fees are contributions to the contest prize pool and are not wagers between participants.

5. Contest Window and Format

The start time, end time, format, scoring method, match schedule, tie-breaker rules, advancement criteria, and other contest details will be displayed in-app for each competition.

Participants are responsible for reviewing contest details prior to entry.

6. Winner Determination

Winners are determined based on final verified standings or match results under the contest's published format and scoring system.

Zentryl may require participants to submit match evidence or verification materials.

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate disputes, review match data, and make final determinations regarding contest outcomes.

7. Prizes and Distribution

Prize pool amounts and fee disclosures are displayed in-app prior to contest entry.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular contest, prize distribution for monetized leagues is as follows:

  • 1st Place: 80% of the prize pool
  • 2nd Place: 20% of the prize pool
  • Alternative prize structures may be disclosed for specific competitions.
  • Prize payouts may require completion of identity verification or payout onboarding procedures.

8. Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who engages in conduct that compromises the integrity of the contest, including but not limited to:

  • cheating or exploiting game mechanics
  • collusion between participants
  • fraudulent activity
  • abusive behavior toward other users
  • false match reporting
  • violation of platform rules
  • Disqualified participants may forfeit entry fees and prizes.

9. Payments, Holds, and Forfeitures

The Sponsor may place temporary holds on payouts for compliance review, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payout onboarding requirements.

Failure to complete required verification or payout onboarding may result in delayed or forfeited payouts as permitted by law.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or government filings associated with prizes received through the platform.

11. Cancellation or Modification

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify contests due to legal requirements, security concerns, technical issues, or operational needs.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These contest rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes arising from participation in contests may be resolved through binding arbitration consistent with the dispute resolution provisions described in the Zentryl Terms of Service.
