The official Zentryl Terms of Service govern account use, 13+ eligibility, free-entry leagues, Commissioner Access, subscriptions, disputes, and platform conduct.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zentryl L.L.C. ("Zentryl," "we," "us," or "our") when you create an account or use the Zentryl app, zentrylgaming.com, or related services. The Privacy Policy and applicable Zentryl competition or promotion rules are incorporated into these Terms.
Zentryl's current public app permits free-entry leagues only. Players do not pay to enter, and newly created in-app seasons do not offer cash prizes.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Zentryl only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Zentryl is currently intended for users in the United States. Service availability remains subject to applicable law, sanctions, platform-provider restrictions, and safety or security controls.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account, device, credentials, and linked accounts secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your login.
You may not impersonate another person, create a misleading identity, share or sell an account, or access another person's account without authorization. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Subject to these Terms, Zentryl grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Zentryl and its licensors retain all rights in the app, software, branding, designs, and service content other than user content.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, scrape, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
Zentryl supports free-entry competitions whose outcomes are determined by participant or team skill and verified gameplay. Betting on another person's performance, side wagers, chance-determined winners, paid raffles, random prize drawings, casino mechanics, entry fees, and cash prizes are prohibited in newly created in-app leagues.
A separate Zentryl-sponsored promotion may offer a prize without charging an entry fee. Any such promotion is governed by its published promotion-specific eligibility, entry, selection, gameplay, and prize rules and is not an in-app paid league.
Commissioner Access is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. It is currently offered for USD $4.99 per month in the United States; store checkout controls the actual localized price and tax.
An active subscription permits the account to create and operate free-entry leagues using the features described on the purchase screen. Players may join and participate without Commissioner Access. The subscription does not include entry fees, cash prizes, wagering, or eligibility for paid competition.
Your store account is charged when purchase is confirmed and renews until canceled through the applicable store. Deleting Zentryl or your Zentryl account does not cancel the subscription. Store rules control refunds, billing retry, renewal notices, and approved price changes.
Commissioners must create accurate league settings, administer schedules and rosters promptly, preserve requested evidence, and enforce published rules impartially. Commissioners may participate as competitors or remain host-only as permitted by the league settings.
Participants and team captains must play on time, report results honestly, preserve requested evidence, and follow the published game and league rules. Captains and commissioners must use roster and team-management tools fairly and may not manipulate results or standings.
Match results must be truthful and supported when evidence is requested. Zentryl may pause standings or advancement while a report or dispute is reviewed.
Commissioners may resolve routine league issues under the published league rules. Zentryl may review platform abuse, conflicting evidence, commissioner misconduct, safety issues, or matters escalated through support.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Zentryl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the service.
You must have the rights needed to submit content. Users can report content and block other users. We may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms and protect the service.
The service depends on providers including Firebase and Google Cloud, Apple, Google Play, Twitch, YouTube, device integrity, analytics, and notification services. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.
You are responsible for your connected Twitch or YouTube account and for complying with provider rules. Zentryl is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, account action, or policy change.
The Privacy Policy explains our data practices and choices. Device permissions, such as notifications, are requested through the operating system. Declining a permission may make the related feature unavailable.
We may suspend leagues, restrict features, remove content, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address cheating, fraud, safety, legal, security, or provider-policy risk.
You may initiate account deletion in-app. Leagues you still host may need to be deleted or transferred first. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription or erase records that Zentryl or a provider must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Zentryl is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Zentryl's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to Zentryl during the 12 months before the claim. These limits may not apply where prohibited.
We may change prospective features, prices, integrations, and future offerings. Updated Terms apply after the posted effective date and any notice or acknowledgement required by law or the app.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law where you live gives you non-waivable rights.
Before filing a claim, you and Zentryl agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it through the support contact below. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial, or waive participation in a class action.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable competition rules, and any promotion-specific rules are the entire agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
