Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using Zentryl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all age, geographic, and legal eligibility requirements to create an account or participate in competitions on Zentryl.

Paid competitions are available only where legally permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Zentryl may restrict or disable paid competitions in certain jurisdictions and may use location verification technologies to enforce geographic eligibility requirements.

3. Service Description

Zentryl provides a platform that allows users to organize and participate in skill-based competitive leagues, tournaments, and related social gaming features. These competitions are designed to reward player skill and performance.

The platform may include features such as league creation, scheduling tools, standings, rankings, match reporting systems, communication tools, and related competition management functionality.

4. Skill-Based Format; No Gambling Intent

Zentryl hosts organized skill-based competitions. Contest outcomes are determined by participant performance and gameplay results.

Entry fees contribute to competition prize pools and are not wagers between participants.

Zentryl does not provide gambling services and does not facilitate betting or wagering activities.

Users may not create, promote, or participate in contests that resemble gambling, chance-based games, or other prohibited formats.

5. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for all activity that occurs under their account credentials.

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

Zentryl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain platform features may require a subscription.

Host tier subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are governed by the billing terms of those platforms.

Subscription features, benefits, and limitations are disclosed in-app prior to purchase.

7. Paid Competitions, Entry Fees, and Payouts

Some competitions hosted on Zentryl may involve entry fees and prize payouts.

Entry fees contribute directly to the competition prize pool.

Zentryl may charge a separate Competition Service Fee to operate the platform and support competition infrastructure and league organizers. All applicable fees are disclosed within the application prior to payment.

Prize payouts are distributed based on competition results and placement.

Payouts may be delayed, reviewed, held, adjusted, or denied pending verification, fraud prevention checks, dispute resolution, or compliance reviews.

Zentryl reserves the right to cancel or void competitions if cheating, fraud, technical errors, or other violations materially affect the integrity of the competition.

8. Contest Results and Disputes

Participants are responsible for reporting accurate match results and submitting truthful evidence when required.

Zentryl may review disputes, investigate suspicious activity, request additional verification, and make final determinations regarding competition outcomes.

Zentryl may reverse or hold payouts and take moderation actions if results are determined to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of platform rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or competitions, including but not limited to:

• Cheating or exploiting game mechanics
• Collusion between participants
• Impersonation or identity fraud
• Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users
• Chargeback abuse or payment fraud
• Money laundering behavior
• Circumvention of geographic restrictions
• Attempting to manipulate competition results
• Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of prizes, or additional moderation actions.

10. Geoblocking and Compliance

Zentryl may restrict or disable certain features, including paid competitions, based on geographic location or legal requirements.

Users may not attempt to bypass geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention methods.

Zentryl may use location verification technologies to enforce geographic eligibility requirements.

11. Suspension and Termination

Zentryl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, risk management policies, or to protect the integrity of competitions.

Termination may include forfeiture of access to platform features and removal from competitions.

12. Disclaimers

The Zentryl platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentryl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Zentryl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that the service will be free from technical errors or interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentryl and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Zentryl within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Zentryl platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Zentryl support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Michigan in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Users agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Users waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Contest Rules

Additional competition-specific rules, eligibility requirements, prize structures, and scoring systems may be published within individual competitions or in separate contest rule documents.

Such contest rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are binding on participants.

16. Changes to Terms

Zentryl may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
