FAQ
Clear answers for players, organizers, creators, and partners.
The FAQ covers how Zentryl approaches leagues, streaming, community features, access requests, and compliant monetized competition.
What does Zentryl actually do?
Zentryl is a competitive gaming platform for building and joining leagues, tracking season flow, managing standings and members, chatting inside leagues, discovering live streams, and supporting compliant monetized competition.
Can I create both public and private leagues?
Yes. Zentryl supports both public leagues and private access patterns, including join-code style entry for invite-only flows.
Which games are supported right now?
Supported categories include Madden, EA CFB, NBA 2K, Rocket League, Call of Duty, UFC, Mortal Kombat, Boxing, and custom game setups for communities that need flexibility.
Does Zentryl support streaming?
Yes. Users can connect Twitch and YouTube, browse a live stream hub, filter by platform, and open up to four streams at once in multiview.
Does the platform include messaging and social features?
Yes. Zentryl includes follows, friend requests, player search, profile connections, and direct messaging with permission rules tied to friendships or shared leagues.
Is Zentryl a gambling app?
No. Zentryl is framed around lawful, skill-based competition and does not position itself as casino play, random drawings, or chance-determined winnings.
How do monetized leagues work?
Hosts need an eligible subscription tier and compliance readiness before enabling monetization. Eligible leagues can then use entry fees, prize goals, and payout routing flows supported by Stripe Connect.
How do I join the waitlist or talk to the team?
Use the contact page to join the waitlist, share whether you are a player, organizer, creator, or partner, and submit your interest directly on the site.
What is the $1,000 Launch League?
The Zentryl Launch League is a limited EA Sports CFB 27 competition built for players, creators, and organizers who can help make the rollout visible. Applications are reviewed through a mix of direct invites and raffle-style selection.
