What is Commissioner Access?

Commissioner Access is the hosting plan for creating and operating free-entry leagues. It is currently offered for $4.99 per month in the United States through the Apple App Store or Google Play; the store checkout controls the final localized price and tax. Players do not need a subscription to join and participate.

Can I create public and private leagues?
